Responsible for handling second level support and service requests. The role is responsibility for network analysis, network monitoring, customer support and troubleshooting skills. Additional responsibilities include handling second level support and service requests including day-to-day operational activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Technical support for networking such as: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, Wireless extenders etc.
• Understanding of different switching protocols i.e., RSTP, STP etc.
• Ability to work with vendor support to resolve client issues.
• Respond to and resolve alerts and tickets generated from the monitoring system and/or customer requests in a timely fashion.
• Maintain accurate time and records in all service tickets as performed.
• Communicate with customers as needed regarding ticket progress, changes or agreed outages.
• Work with all team members to implement and improve Company best practices.
• Utilize central management tools to resolve customer issues with minimal customer impact.
• Working experience of Monitoring tools will be an advantage i.e., PRTG, Libre etc.
• Willing to work in Flexible 24* 7 shift timings.

Experience Level:

• Any Graduate/Diploma/BTech or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a network engineer including customer support with Hands on experience on networking.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Working experience in an ISP will be an advantage.
