? Major Incident Management Process Gatekeeper. End To End Process Support & Governance.
? Ensure Adherence to Process SLAs, KPIs, Reporting. Conduct Major Incident Review (MIR) & Share Initial RCA to Stakeholders in Timely Manner.
? Contribute to Process Improvements, Transformations, Process and Tool Design initiatives
? Assist other ITSM Processes on need basis like Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management etc.
