• 2-4 years experience in with wireless and networking in end-to-end engineering and business capacities
• Experience with conducting WLAN enterprise site surveys and network designs
• Deep understanding of current 802.11 standards
• Experience with Routing and Switching Fundamentals
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Passionate about networking, information technology or cloud technologies.
• An up-to-date knowledge and understanding of your employer’s business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands
• To recognize the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user.
• excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technically trained.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization.
• Organizational skills and the ability to priorities your workload.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts in 24×7 operations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in the areas of Networking and Wireless Networking
• Ability to troubleshoot wireless client devices (e.g., iPhone, laptops)
• Ability to perform monitoring of various WLAN technologies and topologies (e.g., Cisco Prime, DNA)
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, with good communication (written and oral) and coordination skills
• Consult with both internal as well as client teams to drive solutions from design to completion.
• Operate, Administer and Govern customer setup.
• Provide leadership in technical problem management and the resolution of all issues, working closely with end customers and HP remote and field support staff.
